Kae began her mortuary journey by pursuing a degree in mortuary science while taking one class per semester to ensure obtaining more than just a degree without representation. This approach led to her interest in only becoming a licensed funeral director while working at St. Stephens Church in 2015. Karriaun joined the NFDA as a student to stay involved with products and services offered in the exhibit booths and seminars as she focuses on her academic endeavor. During the NFDA Convention Extension, Karriaun met Ronald Grayson, a Maryland licensed mortician and Executive Director at Cooper Professionals, who sensed her compassion and empathy toward the elderly and homeless unable to afford funeral service.
Karriaun began her administrative assistant experiences while working at the Kentucky State University as an administrative assistant in 1997. Upon receiving an Executive Assistant position with Cooper Professionals, LLC., Karriaun’s commitment, aspiration, sales ethics, and experience elevated her status to Executive Assistant. With drive and ambition, Karriaun has an eye on becoming a consumer appointee to the Commander Initiative Advisory Board.
Today, due to her continued drive, commitment, and passion for the funeral sales industry, Karriaun has been chosen as an Executive Assistant for Cooper Professionals, LLC.
Karriaun Warren, today said:
"I am excited to be appointed Executive Assistant with the Cooper Professionals, LLC., organization. I believe this huge opportunity will allow me to become a valued working part of the company by broadening the scope to implement the capabilities of our Initiative. I look forward to working with the Board as the Initiative continues to grow through its core values."
